My name is James Turnbull. I'm a 20 year old English Language student based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, a 2nd dan Tae-Kwon Do black belt, Newcastle United fan, and full-time cinephile. I love writing, and want to share my writing with the world.
How did 'RAGING (turn)BULL' come about?
I initially started out just writing a film blog (which I will still update), entitled 'The Good, the Bad, and the Average', but have so many passions I want to write about, I thought I'd throw them all into one big blog.
The internet says a brilliant name is key to a successful blog, so I thought long and hard about something that would incorporate my name and writing style. Since I am a fan of movies, I thought I'd adapt the title of a 1980s Martin Scorsese classic with my surname, which in turn reflects the fact I don't hold anything back with my writing. Result... RAGING (turn)BULL.
That is the most interesting story I've ever heard. So what kind of stuff can I expect to see in this amazing blog?
